- 29th annual meeting, inside the National Automatic Workshop (XXIX Jornadas de Automática) by the CEA-IFAC. September 2008, Tarragona (Spain), which includes the annual meeting of the CEA-SMSG (CEA-IFAC Spanish Modeling and Simulation Group).

- 28th annual meeting, inside the National Automatic Workshop (XXIX Jornadas de Automática) by the CEA-IFAC. September 2007, Huelva (Spain), which includes the annual meeting of the CEA-SMSG (CEA-IFAC Spanish Modeling and Simulation Group).

- Organization (by the then coordinator of the group, Dr. Miquel Àngel Piera) of two conferences co-located within the I3M06: The European Modeling and Simulation Symposium (EMSS06) and the Harbour, Maritime & Multimodal Logistics Modelling and Simulation (HMS06), (Barcelona 2006).

- Course on Metamodelling and analysis based on simulation of supply nets (UAB, Barcelona 2006).
